U&I

Mashinga steps into the Maskandi space with U&I, a six-track EP built entirely around collaborations with Airic. Released on 23 September 2026, the project keeps its focus tight, with Airic appearing across every song on the tracklist.

The EP opens with “Siyathandana” before moving into its title track, “U&I”. That pairing gives the release an immediate start, followed by “Umkhonto” and “Money Heist” in the middle of the tracklist. Each song carries a shared Mashinga and Airic credit, making the collaboration central to the project from beginning to end.

The tracklist continues with “Ugazi”, with the closing song, “Inkululeko”, also featuring Airic. Rather than breaking up the release with solo cuts, U&I keeps both artists connected across all six tracks. That consistent format gives the EP a clear identity within its compact running order.

For listeners following new Maskandi releases, U&I arrives as a focused project from Mashinga, with Airic attached to every listed song. The six-track EP moves from “Siyathandana” to “Inkululeko” while keeping the same collaborative pairing in place throughout. Explore the full U&I tracklist and check out Mashinga’s latest release.
